Cause my BBC wont pull enough vac for my power brakes.:x

You can try converting to a Hydroboost setup like the Grand Nationals (expensive) or using an Electric Vacuum Pump Kit (probably a couple hundred dollars).

Not sure about manual brakes, though. Have you ever driven a G-body with manual brakes and a powerful engine? I wouldn't recommend it for street use. You'll get tired of it really fast.
