Does anybody have experience with converting Manual Locks and Windows to Power? If so how hard is it? Pics? I have a 81 Cutty.

for power locks you can get accuators and have them hooked up to an alarm circuit city charges $100 extra per door or you can try your self
You can do it, just pretend youre the guy on the assembly line.
Take out the old regulators, install the new regulators and motors and wiring, install switches, plug the hole in the door where the handle was (ugh!), install the wiring harness....it can be done.
