Hey all, quick question.

I think my power steering pump finally took a sh*t. I have to refill it every day.

Are they hard to replace by yourself? Like are they a pain to get to, or are they not too bad?

Anyone know a roundabout price for one from an auto parts store? Not that it matters I guess, I'm replacing it regardless.

The engine is an 86 305 by the way. Thanks

pumps don't usually leak, they'll let you know when they are are on their way out. The steering box is probably leaking from this seal

Hmm, I'm not sure if it's the pump or the steering box. I havnt had an opportunity to jack the car up and see exactly where it's coming from, but I'll take a peek and see what I can find
