I was wondering if there are any kits out there for pressure testing ac hoses since I will be making my own ac hoses I would like to test them first at home.
I will need to test #6, #8 and #10 hoses.

None that I have heard of. Remember the molecules for R134a are much smaller than air. If the fitting does not move in the hose after it is crimped you should be good to go

Take the valve out and pop on your air compressor hose fill it with air and listen.

Never failed me.

Do as TURNA says but use Nitrogen, not compressed air. For two reasons...First, any mosture at all will greatly affect the performance of the system.
As a matter of fact...we always "purge" any system we have repaired with nitrogen then put a vacuum on it, then you know for sure you have no moisture.
Second...you can crank it up to 300 PSI with the Nitrogen to really test those lines. Your air compressor will only go to 150 at best.

There is no valve to remove, the ac ports are on the hard line coming off the compressor.
These will be lines with beadlock fittings on each end and even though they are AN sizes they are o-ring style so I need to plug one end and and put a valve on the other end.

Then you are testing the lines before they are on the car?

If they are on the car use the shredder valve on the accumulator

Nitrogen is a larger molecule than air* So if you fill it with Nitrogen you may miss the leak.

As far as moisture goes from the air. The system should always be vacuumed before/during charging the freon.

So it's not an issue

If they are all installed on the car then when you vac the system the leaks will show up, I let mine sit for 45 minutes to monitor for leaks.

I am going to be making the hoses one at a time and installing them later, I should have said leak testing individual hoses not a system check.
My compressor goes to 175 psi but I don't need that much for what I am trying to do and I don't feel moisture is going to be an issue since the hose will not be installed right away and I will vacuum the system in the summer.
Also this is a trunk mount Vintage Air system so factory stuff does not apply here.

Tape a condom on end and fill it up!!

If the condom goes limp there is a leak!!!

Does the place you purchased the Good Year hose locally make the lines to??

Can they test them??
