I have clearance issues between the inner tie rod and crossmember as the steering cycles on the D.S. there seems to be enough on the P.S.
I am running all Proforged parts, this is what I have.
Centerlink 106-10071
Pitman 103-10055
Idler 102-10013
Inner T.R. 104-10020
Borgenson box 800130

Wondering if anybody has used these parts and had similar issues?

I probably could just grind a small amount off material off of the tierod
but thought I wouldn't have to as they were made to fit. or did I make a mistake along the way. I tend to do that from time to time. Thanks

Here is a close up View attachment 196634

With no down pressure.

It looks like the d.s. is in towards the crossmember a little bit but not sure why.
It's like the pitman arm is too long?
or the combo of the new steering box and pitman makes it too long.
Measure both sides from the center link to tie rod link, make sure they are equal, and the length of the pitman arm. I have proforged in my car so I can compare to mine.

Where did the pitman arm come from? Is it new? Did you swap steering boxes and it came with the box?

My tie rods are approx. 17.5" from link to link. My pitman arm is 6.5" center to center. I pulled pitman arr and I lined thing up and it looks like I would need shorter arm but not sure why. What steering box do you have?
