My 79 Malibu project since my wreck I had a few years ago with my Monte SS. I have some pics but will post more newer ones soon. For now ill share what i have and that paint it had was crazy.

Looks like you've made a lot of headway on the car. Losing the dated metalflake is a step in the right direction. (y)
Keep us updated. I hope we can all help in the motivation dept.

Thanks yes I bought the car with that paint job the paint was so thick and rough like sand paper it took me about 1-1/2 hours per panel with 40 grit paper the good it saved the car from really rusting since it came from NJ.

It looks like they sprayed it through a window screen.

Lol no that's the pic I took it from my computer a few years back but the paint looked like they sprayed it with a house paint gun.
