Can anyone give me a idea why my pully is not aligned with my a/c compressor?

My opinion is leaning towards it being incorrect water pump & crank pully's. Is everything original to the car?

You could try to move the compressor farther forward by putting the compressor in front of the bracket and spacing everything else to fit. Hard to tell from the pics but it looks like that might get you close.

From what I can see you are missing the lower brackets to mount the A/C compressor. Should be a series of 4 brackets on the engine and 2 on the compressor. Without the other brackets the compressor is being cocked by the belt tension.
Below is the set up on my 88 SS.

3 of the 4 on the engine. The one not shown is the top one which you have.

not sure how setup changed throughout the years but I had a monte carlo ss setup that had exact same compressor mounts and brackets. It had a serpentine style belt for alt, crank and water pump. pwr steering and compressor had v-belts...sorry pics are not the best

My 88 uses the wide belt for the alternator as did a 86 El Camino I at one time had.
Looking at your pictures I missed the support bracket running to the intake which would make it 5 brackets in the engine 2 on the A/C pump.
