Can I use 2 PVC valve 1 on each valve cover if so whats the benefit of using 2 vs 1 pvc and a air breather.

with 2 you are doubling the crankcase fumes that is mixed with the a/f mixture.....1 + 1 = 2......

Use one PCV on one side and a breather or hose going to the air filter on the other valve cover, you need to pull filtered air in to carry vapors and moisture through the engine to the combustion chamber to burn.
If you feel you have too much crankcase pressure then install a header evac system or a vacuum pump.

I put one on my Monte and I dialed it in according to the instructions,then I plumbed a Trick Flow oil catch can in with it.
