Hello guys, is a '79 slope backed Cutlass Salon rear bumper the same as an '80 Cutlass Supreme Bumper? They look the same, but I need confirmation if they are in fact the same or different.

The P/N for the chrome bar for the aero backs (AG09/87 & AJ09/87) is 557252 with inner reinforcement being 22502042 for aluminum & 22502043 for steel.
P/N 557252 list for the following:
Olds: '78-'79 A09, A87, '80-'81 A69, '82-'83 G69
Buick: '78-'79 A09, '78-'80 A87, A47, '80-'81 A69, '82-'84 G69
P/N's 22502042 or 22502043 will be part of it so it shouldn't matter.
