Here ya go. Dixie resto also has the side pieces to match. I just wish they made these for the Cutlass.

The piece you are showing is designed for the SS nose only and is the top part of the radiator enclosure that includes sides and a bottom piece.
(6 and 7) it is not designed for a standard Monte.
