i am about to swap the brakes on my 80 MC now i already have the 2000 blazer brakes for it to install. But now i found the very popular 12" b-body setup with the correct upper arm from hotchkis for this swap now i know with the blazer setup its a bolt on with no issues as for the b-body is said to have massive bumpsteer so i my question is which one is better overall to use?

The B-bodies feature a larger diameter rotor, but not by much.
I'd rather have the better calipers from the Blazer set-up than the barely larger rotors of the B-body set-up.

between the 2, g with the blazer. g-body's have very poor suspension geometry, why make it worse?
