I'm toying with the idea making my own quick disconnect harnness for the starter since I have to trim down the wires on the V6 harness to replace my hacked original. But this is if I don't use the maxi fuse box to replace the fusible links. In the parts pool is a weather pak connector set with correct gauge boots, new fusible links, recycling the starter wire section, hi-temp conduit. Thing with this idea is going with a three wire or four wire so the heater-A/C module has its own fusible link since I have seen alot of burnt connectors where the A/C power & engine harness plugs connect. This will also help with the harness I'll be making for the set up to do the break-in I'm trying to plan to do next month. Anyone ever used one in the past & was it worth it or just better to have the wires be continuous to the factory splices?
