So my old inner door handle seals were missing from my Regal and I didn't feel like buying replacements so I went to Lowe's to look for some foam and after searching the store I decided some 1" pipe insulation would work, it has the same feel and was only slightly thicker.
So not having the originals as a template I used a compass and made a 4.25" circle and then cut it out and after that I used my largest HF hole punch and made the hole for the handle to slid through.
It cost me $6 for the foam and at 6' long I have enough foam to make at least a dozen.more.
Only took maybe a few minutes to make but saved me time and money from ordering new ones.
