Went to the range this weekend , sent a few pounds of lead down range .
Had a great afternoon … until I was leaving and decided that backing through a steel gate post would be my best exit … I was wrong it was a terrible route to take that’s why everyone else uses the road I guess
My question is does this look bad ? Lol
I mean can it be fixed or do I need a new panel ?

Eeeesh. My condolences. that dent can probably be pulled, however those trim pieces are most likely toast. Not likely that they will go back to their original shape.

It doesnt look like the body line was damaged so it would likely be able to be PDRed out. As mentioned above the trim is done for.

That hurts. You definitely need new wheel well trim. A good reputable body shop can fix that but I would be prepared to spend about $1000.00. A cheap estimate will get you an inferior job. You get what you pay for. Good luck with your car.

If the quarter is solid, I'd repair it. I don't think you'll get by with PDR, although it's not wasted money because the repair time will be less after the PDR. As stated, find a reputable shop to repair it. They may even have a PDR guy that calls on them. Not sure what a new quarter would even cost, but I'd want to stay away from tearing that off for no worse than that is.

If you can get to the backside easy just give the center of the big dent a good push, don't smack it with a hammer, just a good push. You can get that to pop back out pretty easily. Its by no means going to all pop out, but it won't look as horrifyingly big

Repairable, but going to be well over $1000 by the time everything is de-trimmed, painted, and reassembled. Probably 2K or better, assuming shop rates are around $50/hr on labor....

Might get a shade tree'r to do it around $1K, but that'll be second rate materials ,no warranty, and probably no removal of adjacent parts for paint.

Locally, labor is $50-52/hr, and paint materials $40/paint hr.

Thanks guys , I’ll get it into a shop soon and find out I guess
I just still shake my head .. I can drive my work trucks for years and never put a mark on them
I have my suspension budget , I guess I get to spend that on body work now
Might end up with a whole new spray job lol
