Does anyone have any experience with this brand or set up?

Would it be worthwhile to do this or the version with the aluminum shroud rather than a new factory aluminum replacement with a mechanical fan?

That low of a price sends up a red flag to me. They don’t list the size of the rows. I’d advise buying the metal shroud with the fans no matter which rad you buy.

I figured the shroud would be important and there is a small picture of the 3 rows but yea not listing of size.

The factory replacement I believe is one row of 1 inch tubes.

Alot of members on here have said a 2 row with 1 inch tubes is better than a 3 row with smaller tubes.

Yea I’m on a bit of a tight budget which is why I’m not going with other forum recommendations. I’m likely going to get the factory replacement 1 inch radiator unless this with the electric fans
Will do better than factory with mechanical fan

Yes, a 2 core with 1" tubes will cool better than a 3 core and probably out cool a Copper/Brass 4 core. I know Macar1993 has a Champion aluminum 4 core rad. It keeps his 10 to 1 403 cool in his 87 Cutlass. It is a ridiculously huge rad. The air flow should be better through a 2 core but the Champion 4 core works very well. The Champion 3 core was marginal with my 8 to 1 Olds 403.

So assuming that the only radiators I’ve found really within my budget are the one listed previously or

This with a mechanical fan which would be a better set up or is there a set up within this price range you would recommend?

Are you running a stock or modified drive train? That would make a big difference on what you need.

Doesn’t seem that you’d need better than a stock replacement. Get the best you can for your budget.
