Radiator Swap - no trans fluid in radiator or lines

Hi Guys, swapped out my radiator today for a Dewitts aluminum and dual Spal electric fan setup. When i disconnected the transmission lines they were completely empty. It is a TH2004R trans in an 83 H/O. Is this normal?

Not normal/ever time I've swapped out a radiator fluid came out /. Did you check the fluid

Yeah not normal. Could be a clogged line.
