even if there were grounds for a lien, there are time limitations to place a lien and from what I read in the op's time frame it is far past a time limitation.

Well I guess there is always something good that comes out of a bad thing, while i missed a bid on a CB radio on EBay I scored a new chassis/body for my el camino. Mine as I've posted was ate up and the shady work was just sick so I'm so happy that this one has very minimum rust. Almost none at all, it runs, and between the two I'll have a really good car. Drove around 7 hours from Indiana to Virginia to get it but worth it and this guy was a true car guy and would seriously give you the shirt off his back im sure. $300 bucks took it home, even the seat is nice that's in it. Some things got parted out before I snagged it up but my doors are pretty good and my fenders will work for now.
