Anyone know what size the stamped sheet metal nuts are that hold the rear bumper cover to the body on an Olds?

I believe they call them a self threading nut and they look like this:

I measured the studs that these thread onto and they were around 6mm. The place I'm looking to buy them from list 4mm, 5mm and 6.3mm versions. Don't really want to buy all three just to see which fits properly and then have 100 extra that I won't use.

I would think the 6.3mm is the one I want but I don't know if these are sized the same as a standard nut. Since they are sheet metal and they tend to bend I didn't know if maybe you sized them a MM under that actual stud size?

Thanks,

Sorry, don't know the size you need or sizing of these, but you should be able to find some sort of pack of these in the Dorman help sections & go from there. Also there are several places that specialize in automotive trim hardware. Napa may be worth a check also if you have one.

Yeah, I know where to buy them. Was just trying to not do the buy 10 different sizes and test fit only to have a bunch left that I don't need.
I did find out the size though. 6mm x 1.0 with a 11mm hex and 24mm od.
