Rear bumper

I am looking for a rear metal roll pan bumper for the rear anyone that I have seen that makes one seems to be out of business. Does any one know of any company that makes one or any other or car or truck that is close. Here is a picture of what I am looking for.

I don't think any one company made a metal roll pan. The ones that did, however, made them out of fiberglass. I'm sure people made their own out of sheet metal.
Looks like this guy probably made his own, plus he smoothed out the lower protruding bumps on the quarter panels.
