Rear Disc Conversion

Hey, Whats up. I own a 1986 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX LE T-TOP. Anywho i am wondering if the REAR DISC set-up from the 3rd GEN F-BODIES will bold right up to the G-BODY rear end? Anyone with any links and info is greatly appreciated.

A third gen I don't know about but a fourth gen setup will fit with a little work.
