Hello peeps. Do you guys and gals know if the doors off a 1983 four door sedan with no vent windows would fit on a 1978 wagon that has vent windows on the rear doors?

Sedan and wagon rear doors are different. Also the doors for sedans and wagons aren't all the same, the Malibu/LeMans/Bonneville share the same doors and the Cutlass/Century/Regal share the same doors (and wagon body shells). The rear doors will interchange if you swap the upper frames, that is what is different between the sedan and wagon, the lower portion of the door is the same when following the aforementioned differences for the Chevrolet/Pontiac cars and Buick/Olds. If that makes sense.
