Rear gears for monte

Hi I'm wondering what gears to put in my monte. The motor will be a 400 with vortec heads and 455lift cam. I'd like to know what gears would be the fastest I'm thinking 3:42 or 3:08. Also has 200 4r transmission. Thanks in advance for replying!

Stock vortecs can handle up to 480 lift
