Rear seat belts, which side takes the slider buckle?

I can't remember which side left or right the long slider buckle lap belt goes. This is the adjustable one for a center passenger. Do I bolt it on the drivers side or passengers side? I realize I can put it on either but what side did the assembly line worker put it on at the factory?

I just checked my GP, the long one is on the right (passenger side) on the hump
