If you're stock, go with the four sets of 2, (total of 8) K6178s and get them pressed in, or do it yourself, however you want to do it.
You'll likely HAVE to do the upper ears on the pumpkin for the rear UCAs yourself, but if you want to farm out the rest of the arms, you can do that.
Freeze the new pumpkin bushings overnight. Then, "rent" a bushing remover/installer tool set from one of the big auto parts box stores. You get your deposit back if you bring back the tool in good shape. Remove the bushings in the pumpkin "ears" and clean the hole as necessary. Go get your frozen bushings and install with the tool. The idea is the frozen bushing will "shrink" just a tad and make it a little easier to install. You don't absolutely have to freeze them, but it's just an option.
If you're pressing them in yourself, on the control arms, you will need something to slide into the space in the hollow part of the arm next to the bushing to keep it from crushing when pressing them out.
