Hey guys
Replacing my steering box on my ‘86 Monte Carlo because it leaking like a sieve! Have not decide what to replace it with, so any suggestion would be great. My question is..is it worth having my original rebuilt just to have a spare or maybe sell?

Where is it leaking out of? The steering shaft input seal? The pinon cap seal? The pitman arm?

hello people: I know there is quicker ratio box's you can buy and if your Monte is a SS it probably has one. See what others say but see what new costs and how much to rebuild but rebuild is probably what I'd do if it was quick ratio..
