Retrofit 2000 Monte carlo seats to my 84 Monte

Has anyone ever put the newer style Monte Carlo seats in an early model Monte?

I have a line on a set of 2000 Monte Carlo SS Seats in great shape and I think they would look sweet in my 84 SS.

Obviously the seat tracks are different, just wondered if any has any input.

My boy Dru and i both used seats from a newer 08 GP and just used the bucket seat rails and he redrilled the seat pans from the newer seat to fit the old bucket tracks.. Pretty simple and look good!

i just put these 02 mc seats/console(mock up) in a 79 mc i just traded actually.i also have 03 mc seats/console in my 87 elco,and 01 gp seats/console in my 87 t-toped SS,and my 88 aero SS.

Lookin Good,I have a chance on getting a set out of 2002 MC for my Malibu Build just was wondering what else to pull other than the seats and console any brackets or anything any pointers will help thanks in advance GBoDYs UP!!!!!!!
