Hi,
I just got a 87 monte carlo ss with t-tops. I want to put the shell on a rotisserie. Do I have to support the t-top structure?
Thanks

Not to hijack your thread, but I've got a similar question. I have a non-ttop coupe on a rotisserie. The current rotisserie mount points are the front and rear body mount locations.

I've got to replace the floor pan and am curious if anyone else here has done this job with a rotisserie and what they used as the mounting points.

If your poor like me look up redneck rottisserie on here. If you wanna use a real roto you can unbolt the body mount you need to fix. Make sure it closest to the ground instead of at the high point. You could even support it with blocks while you work. The ttop car im pretty sure you eanna brace it before you get it in the air. Especially the door opening. Im pretty sure i seen a youtube video by hutchhiperf were he put his ttop 442 on a real roto. Id look it up

At a minimum yes you should brace the roof opening. Here's a picture of my 84 Trans Am on the rotisserie. I'd recommend triangulating the door hinges to the striker as well
