Sanden SD-7 or 508

I see that the 2 popular Sanden compresors are the SD-7(SB7B10) and 508(SD5H14) and I was wondering which is the better option to use on with a motor swap into a 4 gen Monte.

I went with the 508 for my BBC Monte based on fitment and great reviews.
I am working on my Regal right now but will be getting back to the Monte AC soon.
