SBC VALVE COVERS WITH EXTRA HOLES

I have a pair of GM PERFORMANCE tall aluminum sbc valve covers that has 2 smaller holes in them,one per side that i need to plug off any way to plug them off?Thanks

Where are the holes on the side front/back or top? If they are on top they are the valve cover to air cleaner vent hose and one for PVC Valve. They are vents for the engine to breath internally. If you want to plug them then expect to get oil vapor leaks .

There are four holes all together on the top 2 holes on each side, one hole on one side is for the pvc and one on the other side is for the breather

Somebody cut the extra 2 smaller holes in the valve covers

Use rubber plugs. they come in all sizes at Lowes/HD
