Seat Track Vs floor mount orientation

Good evening everyone..

So I’m having a bit of an issue with my seats and brackets.. looking in my car, the brackets to accept the rails are like the ones in the picture of the floor pan cutout.. but the brackets that I swapped over, set up correctly on the Fbody seats, are like the seats in the second picture.

Do I have something oriented incorrectly?

Mine hang off the side on the front. The driver side the 2 hole goes towards the front. I put the seats in like this and they fit.

Okay so I think I see where my problem is. Your handles face toward the middle of the car... mine face towards the doors. I’m going to do some swapping tomorrow and see what I come up with. Thank you!
