The current cell doesn't have a sending unit, so I got a cell that has a 2 terminal plug. I found the pink wire for the original unit.(ends at the female plug, behind the license plate) What's an approach to wiring it up since the old wire is a single terminal? Thanks in advance for the help!

the original senders were two wire, one to the pink and and the other is grounded to the body. Use a multemeter to find which is the ground

Cool. I did happen to find a video that showed the stock wiring. Once I can determine which wire is what on the unit, it's down to picking a day to make it so. Thanks for the help!
