Anytime I've had stuff shipped up here it has been USPS. I've heard bad things but never had any issues myself. Price was half decent, and they usually hand it over to Canada Post for the rest of the trip, although sometimes I've had DHL drop it off. US tracking number works on Canada Post, too

Anybody but UPS.
They will overcharge you for customs and border charges .

I use USPS

I send it the cheapest smallest box possible, since Canada does not recognize the USPS priority mail services.

I use USPS.com (US Post Office) when I have shipped to Canada. They are the cheapest and they are cheaper if you do it through USPS.com than going into the post office. You usually get better service online to since you won't have to deal with a post office employee. I usually ship using one of the flat rate boxes that are available free at the post office, but this may NOT work with the steering wheel you are trying to ship. I usually ship as a gift as shipping other ways may trigger tarriffs or taxes for the person you are trying to ship to. I am not 100% on the taxes or tarriffs though, so someone from Canada correct me if I am wrong.
