guys, needing to buy a 2" cowl hood- this is the only place that is making them from what I could find. Anyone have any experience with their products?

I am pretty sure he has a 78' Monte which is a tough hood to find with very little aftermarket support since it was only a 3 production year span.

I think you might have to choose between a 4" cowl like the one below from VFN
or possibly settle on using a bolt on hood scoop if you want something in 2".

Thanks guys- I googled them and saw nothing but bad, so I'll pass. VFN is close to me, but they only make a 4", which is too big for a street driver. I'm talking with my painter who also builds cars on slitting my hood, then welding in a gradual scoop to mimic a 2" aftermarket hood. He said it isn't a problem to do so. I'll keep you posted. Another ongoing problem with these years! Ugh, no aftermarket support body wise!
