Hope all is well. Wasn't sure under what thread to post BUT--
1986 442 driver side window - power window which I'm not sure if it makes a difference.
The window has a tilt side - to side which I can move by hand.
Someone years ago replaced the motor and was in that door at some point.
On the door jam side the inside window stopper and screw was missing altogether. I went to the junkyard and replaced it.
I thought it would fix the problem as one stopper on each side is to get the door glass level when window is all the way up. Or too adjust the angle.
However the glass at the door jam side still sags or falls around a half inch to an inch and still wobbles side to side and isn't tight.
I can't figure it out. I could pull the door panel off my 1980 442 which is power window too BUT
Before I do - does anyone have a thought as this is getting aggravating.
Thanks a ton.
