How do you intend to use the car? Street/cruiser in NA form only?

I have the Sniper 4150 EFI and couldn’t be happier. I was always a carb guy, I hate computers and electronics but gave it a shot. My sbc 383 runs like a newer car now. Starts right up whether it’s 20 or 98 out. Software was easy to use to tune. You will need a PC laptop to get the most out of the tuneability. Mac OSX isn’t supported.

I’d recommend getting the base kit and pay for the in tank pump, the master kit comes with an inline pump, which needs to be mounted just right or it’ll burn up/starve. It’s also a little loud.

these are also susceptible to electronic interfence, so Good wiring and good grounds go a long way, along with having a decent battery. EFI likes 13-14 volts.

Grounds - run a minimum of 2 additional and 3 aren’t too many.

Body to frame, body to battery, frame to engine - these are additional to the factory ones. I use 8 or 10 gauge wire. You CANNOT have too many grounds with EFI.
