This is a body mount bolt correct? How did it punch through the floor? The mount is still there. No rust on the car, nothing. Only thing I had in my trunk were two steel wheels/tires. Did they do this? Pic is of passenger side, driver's side is fine.

My guess is a pancaked body mount.

Even if it is a totaled body mount that would not let the bolt pass any further into the anchor bolt. I say there are some serious rust issues with the channels under the truck floor where the body mount anchor nuts are located.

Yeah, ease up on the Dukes of Hazzard stuff, lol. At any rate you have some sort of issue with those rear body mounts. Time to break out the angle grinder and cut open the floor to get them out and see what is going on.

To me, it doesn't look like rust. It looks like the car was in some sort of accident that deformed the body mount. Sometimes when cars are hit, the body mounts can get badly distorted or even torn. There some other metal distortions in the picture, plus the body seam sealer is badly chipped like the seam flexed.
