For that price? No. Just....no. Perhaps 1/2 that. That car needs way more than just some TLC and T-top repair.

Missing the chin spoiler and rear wing tips. Dash is cracked up pretty badly. L-Rods aren't locked in a broken position. Bad rust visible in the terribly sh*tty photos means way more rusty everywhere that can't be seen. If it still has a posi 8.5" w/driveshaft then $800 and part it. It will NEVER sell for $4k.

I have seen several hurst olds in similar shape sell for that or more. The problem with this one is that rotted T top header. If it's just the header rotted then no big deal, it's not a hard fix. BUT if it is also the A pillars, floor pans and rockers that often go on the T top cars, he might get 2500-3000 as a parts car. The rear end and lightning rods alone can bring 2500 by themselves.

Looks like a good start on a 84 hurst olds project to me! These dont grow on trees, and I've seen plenty waaaaay worse. I'm not from California or AZ
