Sorry I need help with two more bolts

I cannot figure bout which screws / bolts hold down the console to the front of the floor shifter. Is it a hex head sheet metal screw or???? I normally do not lose stuff like this but I pulled it apart over 10 years ago and have moved twice since. Thank you so much

Hex head with a captured washer. Similar if not identical to the ones inside the hinged storage box between the seats.
