Source/Part Numbers for Monte SS Horn Cap Mounting Parts?

Hi all:

I am looking for the parts pictured in the photo below to fit my 1985 or 1986 Monte SS steering wheel. See pic below. I have done my best to list the different parts as follows:

1.) steel cup for attaching horn cap

2.) steel wavy piece;

3.) plastic retainer for three bolts

4.) three steel bolts that fit into plastic retainer (#3 above)

5.) three plastic bolts (I am uncertain whether I need these or where they would be installed).

A lot of the resto places have it as it was used by many different "sport" wheels like the NK4 wheel used in Camaro's, Cavalier's, '71-'72 SS Chevelle's, Vega's-Monza's plus clones, Chevette's. Be aware that the contact stud will most likely need to be trimed to size, use the NK4 specs in the instructions when doing so.

The plastic ring and steel screws replacing the three plastiscrews is an upgrade. Go for the Camaro parts.
