87 elcamino,rear end has been changed,speedo reads 10 mph to fast and 60,what's the easiest solution?

To know what you need, you need to know what you have.

Pull the speedo cable/gear from the trans and count the teeth/note the color of the driven gear.

Shine a flashlight up in the hole of the trans and note the color of the drive gear.

General rule I was taught on GM was each tooth on the driven gear is worth ABOUT 5 mph at 60. This applies to the small driven gears.

To slow it down by 10mph, add 2 teeth to the driven gear.

Again, this is a general quick way to change it. There are other more precise ways, as noted above.
