Spray paint color match

Can anyone help me with finding spray paint that will match my car color code?

Don’t make this a guessing game. If you have the color code just take it to your nearest paint supply store and have them mix paint in an aerosol can for you. Sometimes duplicolor will have an exact match. If not there are other vendors like SEM that work very well.

For the age of our cars you'll have to have it custom mixed as Dupli-Color makes them for most current production colors. If you haven't been told or not sure where to look for the color code, look on the drivers side of the cowl for the Fisher plate that has two number code in the middle. It'll be xxL & xxU for lower & upper colors (done this way for both solid & two tone paint jobs.) And a technical note, the smaller the mix batch the more likely color match could be off.

I figured the paint would be off from the color code and the agreed paint. It’s more for the valve covers and maybe the rims. Odds and ends. Oh and for a model car I have to match.

Looks like you've found everything you need to match your color. WA7026 is the only number you need. Take it to any quality paint store, tell them what you want, and they should be able to hook you up.

You can also get base/clear spray products from many interwebz vendors as well. Automotive Touch Up is a good place with quality base/clear stuff based on personal experience. As far as model cars, you may want to have someone mix up a one shot enamel can maybe?

Your painting separate pieces, even if the paint is a little of you wouldn't notice it.

Many things can make the shade look a tad different. The primer color, or part color and material as far as whether the paint absorbs into the pores or not. So even if the paint was the exact same as your car, it may look a bit different on valve covers or model cars, etc.
