Spray Paint: Where to buy 1980 Dark Blue color code?

I am thinking of buying a Steadfast security collar. I want to paint it to match my steering column first. I hear the SEM paints match well and are fairly good. Does anyone know what color I need? Are there other options?

Right I saw that chart, but its hard to tell which dark blue it is off a computer screen. Does anyone have a paint code for the 1980 year?

Interior, not exterior. I think my exterior is 21

Oops.....My book shows one GM dark blue interior color with a different one for Corvettes.

Yup. that must be it. I called SEM and crossed referenced it to 1694 in their system. They did not know anyone in Chicago that mixes the paint. Anyone custom ordered SEM before?
