I'm trying to swap a '93 350 into my '85 Monte. The exhaust ports are square on the 350 so does anybody know where I can find headers that will fit?

The standard round port header should work just fine without covering the corners. You may have to go with a 1 3/4" primary tube header though. I believe there are some square port headers out there but they are VERY expensive

My dart heads are square port as well. Dart told me I could use any conventional 1 5/8 header but the 1 5/8 hedmans I bought cover the port at all four corners.

I just measured my heads diagonally and 15/8" primarys will just work so now I need to decide on short or long tube headers

I plan on lowering it. Will that work with long tubes?

You might rub them at speed bumps and steep grade changes but they'll be just fine if you take those cases slow

Header fitment will be determined by the quality of headers you buy.
