Took this engine apart for rebuild 6 months ago and can't for the life of me remember where on the block this wire loom was located on my 78 malibu 305 block. If I remember right it came off the driver side but I may be wrong. I'm attempting to make this rebuild look as stock as I can.

yes, spark plug wire loom located low on the drivers side of the block. it holds the 3 plug wires for the front 3 cylinders. its held on with a 1/4" bolt. i'm looking for one of those.
Okay i'm getting warm but still senile, i still cannot recall if is pointed vertical or horizontal.....good grief.
It should hang vertically. Here is a pic from my 79 shop manual. Not the greatest but it gets the point across.
