I had seen mentions of modifying a stock cross member to work but was unclear on which one to use and what to modify

My friend has a "stock" crossmember with an lt t56, but the entire center is cut out, and then custom fabricated with a big drop built into it. If you are handy, just make a new one out of square stock, or call iceman racing. I have an iceman crossmember, its a nice hand made tubular unit, fits nice and is light unlike the g force style ones.

I used the 200r4 one. It needed the bracket cut off and I just made a new one. Moved it down 2" and forward 1 or 2".
