I am trying to put a factory tack in a 87 gauge cluster. I have been told that all I need to do is put the nuts on the tack poles that stick thru the flat wiring on the back of the cluster. Is this right? I also have heard a lot about tach filters. I have the hei but my coil sits on the intake and not on top of the distributor. Is all of the tach wiring all ready there? Where does the tach filter go?
