Hell Yeah Yes GIF

You'll just need to supply vacuum to the modulator on the TH350.

Yes, anytime one of these came in the shop for any reason, a TH250/350(C) went in its place. It is a direct bolt in short of a vacuum line. If you use a TH350, the lock up converter should also plu right in.

Yes the 350 is a direct bolt up. I forget if my 80 has the 200 or the 250. Is the converter for both of these the same as a 350 converter?

No. It is also different between a TH250/350C, came out in 80 and the earlier TH250/350.

I wouldn't lose too much sleep over keeping it numbers matching if it's a reversible upgrade. You can always just slip the 200 under the workbench when you install the TH350.

Most typical place for a leakis the pan and dipstick tube. Pump seals are pretty durable. Could be output shaft too. They take a lot of abuse. There's no reason not to go th350 but a 3.99 seal isn't a reason to IMO
