TH350 - What's the name of this part?

Hello,

When I have changed the oil of the TH350 of my 80'Malibu Wagon, I have seen this part with a broken wire.
What's the name of this part and where I can order it?

Looks like a lockup selinoid (tcc) switch

Yep, that's the lock-up solenoid, you can pick one up at any transmission shop. I believe you can also get one from NAPA too.
