To much Bourbon in that sellers blood with that asking price!!!!

But it is clean, Always loved those hubcaps!!
Clean and complete has its advantages. But you'd have to just absolutely have to have that very color and options to pay that kind of money for a "regular" run of the mill Malibu. Hardly anyone buys one without the urge to modify the crap out of it, so if I was in the market for one, I'd search and search for one that's already been kind of modified close to what I'd be looking for. You usually would save on the labor charges of swapping engines, etc.

People have always seemed to ask stupid money for Malibu's , and I've never understood why. Usually at least twice what you can find any other comparable G body for. I even saw a 4 door on Craigslist for over 11k within the past year, it did have new paint and rallies but seriously 11k for a 4 door?

Short production run, low survivor rate, and "chevrolet" is what I'm thinking. Add to that , that there is/was no "special" model like the Monte SS, GN, Grand AM, 442/Hurst, so so they're all "special".

It is tough to find clean survivors, and nearly all of them are V6 cars when you do.

11K for a crewcab is a little steep, though. OK, maybe a LOT steep
