The GMC 351 V6

I remember the first time seeing one I was about 17.

It was in a pick up truck in a PA pick n pull.

I thought I found myself a 348 as was happy as could be.

Then we sat there and scratched our heads like WTF?!?!?!

I took a valve cover for the wall.

I took a valve cover for the wall.

I had no idea there was a huge V6, let alone a v12.

The downside is it has to weigh 900 -1000lbs I don't see how it could weigh much less.

The cool thing about the engine is the spark plugs go into the top of the head by the intake runners almost like where a direct injection injector would go.

Back in the late 1980`s I saw a small block chevy based Falconer V-12 .It has an aluminum block and was supercharged as well. Now that would be an interesting swap,
